Fit isn’t right

The overall expirence and products are something to get excited about. However it seems impossibly to get a good fit with these. Growing up playing football we never had a problem getting forms correct. Both hard versions are off, they seem like they shrunk and just don’t fit right. The soft version fits okay, but I assume it’s the same but has forgiveness is all. Is there a refit option?

Great Guards, Great Customer Service!

Encore guards has been fantastic! This is my first time using a nightguard, as my dentist has recommended them as I have an issue with clenching my teeth (causes TMJ issues and headaches). As it’s my first time, I wasn’t sure what the right guard for me would be. I called EnCore’s customer service and spoke with Ben, who was fantastic. When the guards arrived, one didn’t fit quite right. Not a problem, as EmCore sent me a new guard priority mail. I’m loving my guards and loving the relief that has come from wearing them. Thank you!!
