Good

Worth getting the variety pack if you're new to guards. I wasn't a fan of 2 of them and the 1 I liked most fit loose but I didnt reach out in time to fix the issue so thats on me. Customer service seems great and the guards are good quality

Fit isn’t right

The overall expirence and products are something to get excited about. However it seems impossibly to get a good fit with these. Growing up playing football we never had a problem getting forms correct. Both hard versions are off, they seem like they shrunk and just don’t fit right. The soft version fits okay, but I assume it’s the same but has forgiveness is all. Is there a refit option?

Great Guards, Great Customer Service!

Encore guards has been fantastic! This is my first time using a nightguard, as my dentist has recommended them as I have an issue with clenching my teeth (causes TMJ issues and headaches). As it’s my first time, I wasn’t sure what the right guard for me would be. I called EnCore’s customer service and spoke with Ben, who was fantastic. When the guards arrived, one didn’t fit quite right. Not a problem, as EmCore sent me a new guard priority mail. I’m loving my guards and loving the relief that has come from wearing them.
