Excellent Service

I am a repeat customer. The service was great. But this time I had a tough time making the mold. The putty was either drying out too fast or the mold was incorrect for various reasons. I had to pay my Dentists office to help me with the mold. Found out the fault is with putty. It dries too fast and is insufficient to fill the mold. They used double the amount of putty to make work. However in the instructions provided, we were directed to use no more than one color each to mix the putty. I like the end product though. The customer service was great in sending me additional putty each time they rejected the mold.

Over the top thrilled with Encore!

Long story short, I needed additional help with my order and found their customer service truly exceptional and unmatched. I paid for expedited shipping and was beyond thrilled with the turnaround - they produced and shipped my guards 1 day after receiving!! The product is also off the charts awesome! I chose the hybrid guards (upper & lower) and couldn't be happier - they're Goldilocks - not too hard and not too soft; unobtrusively thin and minimal; fit perfectly, with no discomfort or sleep disruption whatsoever. Plus as you probably already know, you save hundreds vs what the dentist would charge so yeah, I very highly recommend Encore!
