If you follow the directions on making the mold of your teeth you will not have a problem. After three tries I realized I left the mold inside my mouth too long, so it was difficult to remove. The fourth try was the charm. Once I got back the mouth guard it was so comfortable. I wish I bought a second pair for backup.
