Price is good, customer service is good. The fit is so-so.

The first guard I got was great (after I sent it back for one adjustment.) I reordered two more and they didn't fit the same, they were loose and fell off in the front if I opened my jaw. The customer service was extremely responsive. They helped me try to refit by soaking in hot water and reshaping to tighten up the front. It worked okay for one of the molds, better at least, but I couldn't get the other to fit right. So they offered a complete re-make. We started over fresh on the two new ones. They're okay, but not as good as the first. Once side of the molds is thicker than the other when I bite down so they feel kind of lopsided. But they stay on. For now I'm using the original mold. I wanted another mold for travel and a back-up in case I lost one. In a nutshell: the first one was great, the second two we couldn't get a good fit. The customer service was friendly, helpful and really tried to make it right. I think it's hard to do online, rather than in person with a dentist. I'll keep using my one original until it wears out. Then I'll go to get a new one fit in person.
