If your answer is ‘yes’ or ‘unsure to any’ of the questions below, this product may not work for you. Please consult with a dentist to see if an enCore Impression Kit is suitable for you.
If your answer is ‘no’ to all the questions below, then please proceed by indicating that you have completed the Screening Questionnaire in your shopping cart.
- Do you have difficulty breathing in and out of your nose, respiratory conditions, medical conditions with decreased saliva flow, allergic reaction to dental putty/silicone products, temporomandibular joint (TMJ) disorder, gag reflex, or periodontal disease (loose/mobile teeth)?
- Do you have dental work or oral appliances (see below) that could become dislodged during the impression process or could prevent you from removing the impression tray from your mouth?
- Orthodontic treatment (e.g., braces, retainers, aligners, etc.)
- Fixed or removable oral/dental appliance
- Bridges (fixed or removable)
- Dental implants
- Fillings
- Crowns
- Veneers
- Inlay/Onlay
- Denture (fixed or removable)
- Pierced oral cosmetics/accessories
- Do you have poor oral hygiene, dental decay, oral sores, a small mouth, or have not seen a dentist for more than 6 months?
- Do you struggle to follow detailed instructions independently or lack the manual dexterity required to handle impression materials and trays?
- Are you under the age of 18?
