Excellent customer service

At first, difficult to get a good fit with on-line process, but Encore provided excellent customer service and persevered with follow up molds - Took about 30 days, but I ended up with 4 comfortable guards at half the price local dentist charges for one. Well worth the additional effort. Kudos to Customer Service staff !

Hybrid guard - I love it.

They have fantastic customer services. They helped me to resolve my issues with my orders, responded to email promptly, made the entire process very easy. And the most important part - good quality with very reasonable price. I will never order one from dentist since it cost me an arm and a leg. If you need a night guard, you need to order from Encore. Very satisfied!!

Have used them for over 5 years... I have a couple just in case I misplace one...the colors are a great idea... easy to find. My dentist said that the guard was so good he used it instead of his impression for my crown... he had never seen colored ones...
