Hybrid & Hard Combo

This is the 2nd set of night/anxiety guards. I had dental work which changed my bite. I am pleased with this set as well. The bite wings are easy to do. I didn’t have color choices before; got blue for overnight, the clear one lives in my purse. Both fit extremely well. Best grinding guards for a fraction of the dentists’ cost to you.

Pretty close to perfect

I’ve been using my guards for over a month now. The initial impression process was a little frustrating, as my registration number wasn’t coming up in their system. However, customer service did help me in a prompt way in getting things sorted. The process took closer to 3 weeks than 2. As for the guards themselves, I got a hybrid and a hard, as I wasn’t sure which I’d prefer. The hybrid ended up fitting and feeling the best. I say it’s almost perfect because I don’t think the fit is 100% exact but it’s close enough that it works for me. I got these 2 guards and it cost less than half as much as one dentist made guard would. Cost wise, this was a great deal. I was having a lot of tooth pain and jaw tightness. After a month of use, my discomfort is definitely less. I don’t know if that’s all because of the guard, but I think the clench prevention is definitely a major part of it. I would definitely recommend these if you need a night guard for any reason.

Not exactly... but almost.

Hello; I went out of my way to pay quickly... I didn't receive for way longer than expected... forgot about it and eventually got it in the mail. The day I got the pack, I did an impression and tried to sign in using my order and customer number... The order and customer number didn't exist in your system, which still doesn't and makes me believe there are bigger problems with this service than one could expect. So, Then I tried to call your number... and received a voicemail... and no one returned my call for over a day... so, all this rushing around I did was for nothing. I had to forward the pictures of the cast multiple times before someone responded. - You should have on your website the following disclaimer: "be advised, here at Encore mouth guards, we appear to be a very organized company, once you pay us for our service, doing business with us will be painfully slow, your customer and order number may not ever populate in our digital system, we will not return voicemails and emails quickly at all, you will not be a priority at all. Pictures of your impressions will go unattended, until you finally call multiple times to follow-up... USER WARNING: if you are organized and expect an organized experience, you will be greatly disappointed. If you want to feel like a priority, you will be greatly disappointed. It is very likely if you order from us, and you are unwilling or unable to follow-up on every step along the way, me may never get you your mouth guards. ALSO, you should have no expectations at all... simply place your order and when we get around to fulfilling it, we will... at our convenience, you are not a priority, again, we dont return calls or emails... and our online system does not allow you to upload the pictures because the order numbers dont populate.... and when you get the Encore mouth guard, one will be super tight and the other will be loose... . - So, yeah, you asked, that was my experience.

Each mouth guard fits perfectly. Very happy with the fit and hardness of the guard. The customer was fantastic and very responsive to my questions. I have recommended enCore night guards to my family and friends.

2 for the price of 1

I am a heavy grinder/clencher and have broken 2 hard guards from my dentist. Looking for an alternative that would be $$ cheaper than another from my dentist I found enCore. For the cost I pay my dentist I bought 2. So far so good. They send you everything you need to make the mold yourself, get the feedback before you send it off, and quick turn around. I ordered a hybrid/hard combo and am really liking the hybrid. It is super comfortable. In the molar area on the outside there is already wear from the grinding/clenching after about a month of wearing, which I recall as usual even from my past ones. I would highly recommend enCore if you have already gone through a guard from the dentist.
