Easy process, much less expensive than dentist, would have liked samples of materials

The process was very easy. The night guards from enCore cost less than half what I had paid the dentist. Communication with enCore was excellent. The only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars is that the hybrid guards weren't the thickness I expected from the description. It would help if enCore would offer to mail a new customer samples of the different materials to help the customer decide which of the three types they want. Regardless, after a couple of weeks I've acclimated to the guards. If and when I need new night guards I will order again from enCore.

At first, difficult to get a good fit with on-line process, but Encore provided excellent customer service and persevered with follow up molds - Took about 30 days, but I ended up with 4 comfortable guards at half the price local dentist charges for one. Well worth the additional effort. Kudos to Customer Service staff !
